So what is wifi, anyway?
Wifi (short for Wireless Fidelity) is a technology for connecting computers to the Internet via radio signals in place of wires. It is based on a technical standard named IEEE 802.11. Popular wifi sites include restaurants, airports and hotels.

All your customer needs is a computer equipped with wireless networking. If their laptop doesn't already have wifi built in, they can purchase a network interface card (802.11) for around $50 at their favorite technology retailer.

What does the customer see when he or she logs on to the service?
We provide a portal page -- branded with your logo and your look -- to assist customers through the simple connection process. Once they have connected, your customers will be able to use e-mail and surf the web as they would with any high-speed Internet connection.
